In the contest to replace the deposed Queen Vashti, all contestants depended upon personal judgment of what they believed would win over the king. They were according furnished. They all lost out.
When Esther’s turn came, she asked for nothing but relied upon the elder and experienced judgment of Hegai the king’s chamberlain who in any case had spent reasonable time with the king & knew what would please him. Predictably, Esther was Distinguished for enthronement.
This January & all through the Year, please DAILY depend upon the wisdom of the Holy Ghost by asking Divine Direction for every detail of your affairs including your Relationships, Career, Ministry, Finances, Health & even Food.
King Solomon warns: “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” Proverbs 3:5-6
NEVER TAKE ANYTHING FOR GRANTED BY RELYING UPON YOUR PERSONAL JUDGMENT. In all your ways acknowledge the Lord & His FAVOR shall Distinguish you for all-round Glory & Blessing.
Besides, be sensitive to Godly counsel which may come through Elders, Mentors or Spiritual Leaders.
